The Kona Reef Condominium Resort is a moderately priced condo resort located on the southern edge of Kailua-Kona Village, within walking distance of the village's shopping, dining, and historic attractions.
The 130 units at the Kona Reef Condo Resort are located in three and four-story buildings and offer an island-style decor.
Each condo has a patio or balcony furnished with chairs with views are of gardens or the ocean, a fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer.
For recreation the Kona Reef Condo Resort has a pool, hot tub, and sundeck. Adjacent to the pool is a spacious cabana with four gas barbecue grills, a sink, a food-preparation counter, and tables and chairs for guests' use.
